Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure components such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, VPCs, IAM roles, and security groups.
• Build and manage scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant AWS architectures that meet application and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Experience with MLops (Sagemaker, GPU instances) – Advantage
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery, utilizing tools like Teamcity, Github actions, Jenkins
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of AWS resources and services to ensure high availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, quality assurance, and security best practices into the CI/CD process.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies, such as Docker and AWS ECS/EKS, to enable efficient application deployment and scaling.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards by implementing appropriate AWS security controls and best practices.
• Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, ISO compliances – advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) – Advantage.
• 5 years experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on AWS services and solutions.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK – Big advantage.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of network and security principles in the context of AWS infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• HIPAA / SOC2 experience – advantage
