Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our innovative digital health team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within healthcare environments, coupled with a passion for customer satisfaction and improving healthcare outcomes through technology. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction of our digital health solutions among our client base.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional value delivery.

Implementation and Onboarding:

  • Lead the implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute customized implementation plans tailored to each client’s requirements, timeline, and objectives.

Value Definition and Delivery:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific goals, challenges, and desired outcomes related to our digital health product.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance value delivery and drive ROI for clients through ongoing engagement, education, and support.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and measure the impact of our digital health solution on customer outcomes, providing regular reports and insights to demonstrate value and drive client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and implement product enhancements, new features, and updates to meet evolving customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in project management, with experience leading complex projects in healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with customers at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
