Connie brings almost 40 years of experience in call centers, customer care, account management, business development, and insurance to MyndYou. She initiates and nurtures business relationships with health plans to identify their needs and recommend strategic solutions that support their clinical, care, and quality management programs.
Connie is also a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision, and both a licensed mental health clinician and certified Health Coach with specializations in substance use disorders, disordered eating, and anger management. She leverages her counseling skills and knowledge to facilitate workshops on diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and to empower individuals and groups to make informed and personalized decisions about their health and well-being.
Connie earned her PhD and Masters degrees from Montclair State University and her BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
