Avi joined MyndYou as CFO in 2024. As CFO, he leverages his deep understanding of healthcare organizations’ business needs and clinical goals to lead MyndYou’s financial strategy, planning, and financial reporting, among other duties.
Prior to joining MyndYou, Avi helped lead the sale of CareMount Medical, a large New York based multi-specialty physician group, to Optum. Following the sale, Avi supported Optum’s launch of a fully-capitated risk MSO in New York, and later built and led Optum Tri-State’s FP&A function. Earlier in his career, Avi worked as an investment banking analyst at BBVA Compass and as a management consultant in Alvarez & Marsal’s Healthcare group.
Avi earned his degree in Corporate and Investment Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
